SHIPPING
Kindly allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with care and work to get them to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you'd like to make a return, please email helpsolibeech@gmail.com with your order number to start the process. Returns can only be made within 14 days of receiving your order. As soon as we receive your return, we will issue a refund. Please note that returns can only be made if there are no noticeable damages. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the garments are in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or signs of wear. We offer free exchanges. We do not offer free returns at this time.
SIZING
Solibeech currently offers size XS through XL, with plans to expand. For detailed fit guidance, sizing measurements are listed in each product description.
